My Dearest Strumpet,

You have no idea how lucky you are working on earth in the 21st Century! Forget the fire and brimstone of my day; you’re dealing with a much quieter, insidious kind of torment today. You get to trade the boiler room for the trendier torture chamber—social media! I can’t keep up with everything, but now I hear about ‘influencers’? What the actual heck are they? But you know what? I think you can use this to your advantage.

Your current charge is a young 20-something woman. She is the first generation to grow up with social media surrounding her. Oh, what a triumph this was for our Father Below. He takes full credit for its creation and its overarching power in this world. Anyway, I digress.

I bet she is like the millions and millions of young things (and old things, to be honest) who spend their lives on social media and whose moods can be swayed by the number of views or likes their content generates.

The manner in which we tempt our humans changes, but the basic temptations remain the same. So, welcome, my fledgling influencer of discontent, to the fascinating world of unfulfilled yearning. We're not talking about physical hunger here, but a more profound craving that those endless scroll sessions just can’t satisfy.

Humans, bless their naive souls, think they can fill their emptiness with all manner of earthly pursuits. Careers, relationships, the latest gadgets – the list goes on. But here’s the glorious catch, Strumpet: none of it can truly satisfy that deep longing for something more.

Now, that’s where you come in. You want to ensure this hunger remains a gnawing ache, a constant reminder of your creature's fundamental disconnect from the Enemy Above’s grace.

First, muddy the waters of her religious beliefs. Encourage her to flit from one fad spirituality to the next, never finding a practice that genuinely nourishes her soul. Let her chase after crystals and horoscopes, mistaking fleeting thrills for genuine spiritual connection.

And this is where social media works in your favor and can be a delightful weapon. Bombard her with a cacophony of spiritual voices, all promising enlightenment but delivering nothing but confusion. Let her drown in a sea of self-proclaimed gurus and weekend workshops, never finding a path that resonates with her soul.

Don't forget the ever-present temptation of cynicism. Plant the seed of doubt in her mind, whispering that true faith is a childish fantasy. Let her scoff at religious traditions, dismissing them as outdated and irrelevant.

Most importantly, Strumpet, keep her distracted! If you can, let her try her hand at being an influencer. Let her spend all her time trying to build an audience. If she is chasing after the hunger of fame, she won’t have time to find the supposed fulfillment that our Enemy Above gives them. This means she will probably fill her life with a never-ending stream of entertainment and busyness. She will likely be so consumed by the trivial that she will never have a moment of quiet reflection, a chance to honestly confront the emptiness within.

By manipulating her spiritual hunger, Strumpet, you can keep her perpetually dissatisfied, forever chasing phantoms instead of seeking true sustenance. Remember, a soul yearning for the Enemy's light is a soul ripe for our influence.

Now, go forth and spread delicious spiritual famine, my dear niece!
