When’re she got her way,
But if one dared to challenge her,
A pout would sprout to stay.
She didn’t like to share her toys,
But when her papa bade her,
She’d say she wasn’t going to,
And Papa never made her.
Her playmates, she would push and punch
And, sometimes, even bite.
This happened when adults in charge
Did not have her in sight.
When she’d act out, her mom would say,
“I need to get a switch,”
And she would laugh and run away,
Where cookies, she would snitch.
She craved attention all the time,
Not caring it was bad.
The misbehaviors that she had
Made both her parents sad.
She grew to be a selfish soul
As all her knew her found.
By everyone was she described,
“No joy to be around.”
Her parents should have disciplined
With well-set boundaries,
Administered to her with love—
And time spent on their knees.
