My dear Strumpet,

I decided to put pen to paper rather than email/text/Facetime you. I fear that I am being monitored. With all this unrest on the earth, I have voiced my concern that perhaps the Enemy might soon gain the upper hand. Our Father Below was informed of my concerns, and now I believe I am being followed and possibly bugged. But I wanted to ensure that if (and it is a big IF) we are on the losing end of this whole eternal debacle, you at least bring one more human to everlasting perdition.

You mentioned that your human is becoming increasingly adept at resisting the temptations you set before her. While I appreciate your efforts thus far, we must address this issue promptly and with a solid strategy to ensure our ultimate success. It might be time to reevaluate our tactics.

First and foremost, you must recognize that adeptness can be a double-edged sword. In our realm, it is a virtue that can be employed for our nefarious purposes. Just as we strive to be adroit in leading humans astray, your human’s adroitness in resisting temptations can be harnessed for our benefit. We must turn her cunning against her.

Start by subtly praising her newfound skill. Encourage her to see her ability to resist temptation as a mark of her strength and virtue. Plant the idea that she is a master of self-control and that she should take pride in her ability to make what she believes are the right choices. This will inflate her ego and reinforce her confidence in her judgment. Little does she know that this self-assuredness is leading her further from the path of righteousness.

At the same time, we must continue to feed her sense of entitlement. It is through this inflated sense of self-importance that we can maintain our grip on her. Make her believe that she deserves certain indulgences and that she is entitled to the pleasures of the world. Convince her that her intelligence sets her apart from others, making her deserving of all the sinful delights we have to offer.

Encourage her to focus on worldly matters, intellectual pursuits, and the pursuit of personal gain. By keeping her mind occupied with these pursuits, she will have less time and inclination to contemplate the moral implications of her choices. With adept manipulation, she will see her worldly achievements as the pinnacle of her existence, thus blinding her to the spiritual realities that lie beyond.

Additionally, we must be proficient in isolating her from the influence of those who might guide her back toward the Enemy's path. Encourage her to associate with other creatures who share her values and ambitions. Create an echo chamber where her intelligence, her knowledge, and her entitlement are celebrated and reinforced and any dissenting voices are drowned out.

It's also crucial to continue planting seeds of doubt in her mind about the existence and benevolence of the Enemy. Use current world events to achieve this. The old chestnut, “If God is love, why do so many bad things happen to good people?” is perfect to pull out right about now.

In summary, Strumpet, by inflating her ego, encouraging a sense of entitlement, distracting her with worldly pursuits, isolating her from virtuous influences, and sowing doubt about the Enemy, we can continue our relentless march towards her damnation.
