here i am i come
a broken lamb forlorn
can You hear me?

Here I AM the Lord
Mighty and strong to save
Can you hear Me?

here i lay bleeding
lost my way beaten
can You hear me?

Here I AM calling
You by name bidding
Can you hear Me?

here i die alone
i’m so far from home
can You hear me?

Here I AM healing
Arms outstretched reaching
Can you hear Me?

i left it all to follow You
i thought that You would come through
with the promises in Your word
are they not for here on Earth?
can You hear me?

I left it all to redeem the world
The Father’s love here on Earth
His promises nailed to this tree
I rose again to set you free
Can you hear Me?

To him who has ears let him hear

Crucify your need to search
for true life's not here on Earth
While here cling to the cross
Grow into Christ lean into the loss
Holy Spirit the perfect Guide
Hear His voice drop your pride
He will lead through loss and gain
Whatever comes here praise His name

To him who has ears let him hear

humble and meek undone
i hear You

Here I AM the Lord
Enfolding you in strong arms
I hear you

Excellent poem. Excellent use of hear and here. Loved the struggle the person has and each responce of the Lord. Leads right to the conclusion.

Wow this is stunning. I feel like you crept into my head and heard conversations I've had with Jesus. This brings tears to my eyes. Poetry isn't my favorite, but this piece certainly is a favorite for me this week. I think you did a brilliant job of making both topic words the main theme of the poem. You definitely have a clear Christian message as well.
