Shining pointing to the masses
Creator God is just and good
He is Saviour, He is God
It’s written in the stars
He placed the sun and moon for signs
Patterns picturing death and life
He set the stars to tell a story
Linked together for His Glory
It’s written in the stars
Creator God named each star
However near, however far
All together a symphony
Each step in the ladder of His story
It’s written in the stars
A Virgin holding a seed and branch
With Bootes, a shepherd close at hand
Arcturus the Watcher, Guardian near
To keep Coma with chid safe and dear
It’s written in the stars
Libra, the scales that will never balance
Placed with The Victim a slain animal
The Cross is seen in this southern night
And Corona Borealis also shines bright
It’s written in the stars
Scorpio’s, like Satan’s, head is crushed
By ‘the chief who comes’ Ophiuchus
He holds a serpent in a strong grip
And overcomes the sting of death
It’s written in the stars
Burning churning ball of gasses
Shining pointing to the masses
Creator God is just and good
He is Saviour, He is God
It’s written in the stars
