When you come to a fork in the road,
Do not lean to the left, but the right.
You’ll not fear when the darkness draws near,
Neither stumble with Christ as your light.

Let the Lord be your guide on the way
And beside you each step that you take.
You’re assured that you won’t be alone
By His promise He will not forsake.

When the journey seems fearful and long,
And you can’t see what’s lying ahead,
You can place your faith firmly in Him,
Then you can, as He leads, trust instead.

As you walk in His mercy and truth,
You’ll fear God and from evil depart.
The commands that He gave, you'll keep close
As you carry them deep in your heart.

Since you’ve chosen the course of the wise,
You’ll be upright through all of your days.
God will guard you along every path,
And He’ll keep you in all of your ways.
