That’s sailing through the air
And squeaking of the tennis shoes
That giant athletes wear.
There comes a very special time
When everything is rosy
For sweethearts who are cuddling,
All comfortable and cozy,
Who, gazing in each other’s eyes
Make plans to be together
With confidence the love they share
Will last for them forever.
A defense for the plaintiff
Then follows prosecution,
A jury to deliberate
And final resolution.
While some of these are known as high,
And others are called low,
There’s only one that is Supreme.
They’ve all same purpose though
For basketball or justice or
The highway to romance,
It’s certain there’s a ‘court’ in there.
You’ll see it at a glance.
Our language has sufficiency
Of letters to be using
For words aplenty to be made
So it is not confusing.
