The Great Physician is thrilled you are His patient. He sees your need, has heard your request, and is even now preparing the solution.
Firstly the Great Physician wants you to know this is a safe space and free from all harassment, harm or hurt.
He personally designed this space for you. Every detail is for your benefit; heart, soul, mind and strength. His healing is wholistic in nature. He is not only able to meet all your needs, He is willing as well. Trust in Him as you wait.
If you are weary you will find comfortable seating scattered about and cozy beds available for your use. Please make your self comfortable.
If you are thirsty you will find Living Water and Wine available at the table. And if you are hungry the Bread of Life and Oil of Joy is laid out to satisfy you. Please help yourself to as much as you desire.
A little further in there are pools of Healing Waters to bathe in. You may linger as long as you want.
The Great Physician desires you to rest, relax and be rejuvenated as you wait for Him. But if you feel the need to pace the floor, bang on the door, or continually repeat your request, He assures you that although it won’t speed up the process, He trusts the release of tension will then allow you to find rest here in His Waiting Room.
To help you in this time of waiting a meditation room is also available. There you will find many pictures and stories of the Great Physician’s work. Seeing and reading His many acts of valour, healing, and kindness will hopefully help you to remember He is good, His love is everlasting, and He knows what you need as intimately as He knows every hair on your head.
Once again thank you for choosing the Great Physician. As His patient you are in good hands. Now relax and if there is anything else you need don’t hesitate to ask.
