Powerfully entertaining poem of truths!

I enjoyed this immensely, and loved the "drowning in a drizzle" Amazingly funny line, yet it makes for a profound commentary.

Well done.

God bless~
This is so good. You've completely nailed the topic and the last two lines really sum it up. And the humour is brilliant, too. One of my favourite pieces this week. Well done!
Brilliant! Lots of subtle humour here, starting with the first verse... as they don't have to stretch over his head. The Russian doll verse is ace and the last one sums your character up perfectly. You banged the topic on the head. Ouch! Great job!
Wow! I love the humor (the button-up shirt, the Russian dolls, etc). and the powerful ending "worship" message. This is great!
Funny, as usual, Noel. You've covered the topic well and summed up his problem well at the end. Most enjoyable.

I want the button that makes clouds disappear!

I'll never look at Russian dolls the same way again.

Good one!
"Drowning in a drizzle!" Hysterical and so apt for the topic of pride. Thank you again for all the fun you add to these topics . . .
I'm sitting here looking at a set of those Russian dolls I bought while in Russia in 1995 on a mission trip. I liked the part about them being full of themselves. The idea of someone thinking they are self-made, and thus worshiping their own creator is wonderful. Good job!
