His lecture and seminar was on the topic of Showcasing.
He began
“Many thousands of years ago, nothing existed except Jehovah God.
He decided to do a vlog that would change everything.
Up shot some hands; and young voices said “What is a vlog, Sir?”
A vlog…..ooommm…
‘Vlogs are videos that send a message, that documents or expresses uniquely important events and uses unique unbeatable skills’.
I'm going to tell you about God, The Creator. His vlog is written in the book of Genesis.
His purpose was:-
*to tell people, to show them, who He is and that He loves them,
*to prepare places for them to live and to grow and eat food, also for animals to roam, fly, and walk freely,
*to fill the earth with resources such as minerals and elements that we use to create things useful for our existence.
He created all things from nothing because He was All powerful.
I'm calling this vlog, “In the Beginning.”
‘In the Beginning’ is the lead idea.
As He created, it was written [as possibly dictated to Moses].
In the Beginning and before anything existed, God was.
As the Bible says, He created from nothing because He could.
The vista expanded, in breathtakingly awesome visuals.
“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters” {Genesiss 1:1}.
Now we can see, hear, smell, eat, and drink all that He reported in His vlog.
A young voice asked, “Did someone take a video of God creating from nothing?”
“Well”, said Mr Thaw “God’s video is persistently visible to people all over the world who can see. God was alone with His Created Son and the Holy Spirit, who are all part of Himself. He did it and then it was written for us in Genesis”.
Mr Thaw continued, “Throughout The Bible, there are many more vlogs.
Another vlog can be found in Psalms 22, it was written by David, hundreds of years before Jesus was born.
However, David relates in very visually descriptive ways, the physical and emotional agonies that Jesus would suffer at the hands of priests, scribes, Pharisees, and rulers of the day. ….“Pierced, beaten, scourged, stripped of his clothes and his dignity’.
{Psalm 22: 1-31}. We’ll talk about it later” he said.
