He birthed evil. He constantly feeds his evil into hearts, minds and souls.
Those who have subjected themselves to him become evident by their actions.
The earth and its peoples were cursed until The Redeemer came.
Our Only Hope for our world is in God, The Creator of all things.
He spoke and it was so.
He created All things with His Almighty Power. He created good things only...{Genesis 1:4,18,10,21,25}
“And God Said” {Genesis 1:3,6,9,11,14-19, 20, 24, 26}
His Spoken Word created light [day] and dark [night] resulting in evenings and mornings;
The sky and the dry land; land and seas; produce of vegetables to include seed-bearing plants and seeds; and the light that shines at night and day which is the sun and the moon and living creatures, livestock and wild animals... Jehovah Bara, Our Lord Creator, created it all with words {Isaiah 40:28}.
Throughout the Bible, many more words were spoken by God to people and to His creation.
People like Noah, Moses, Job, Abraham, Mary, Joseph and so many millions.
His Word is Truth and there is overwhelming evidence to support that fact.
Therefore, we take refuge in The reliable trustworthy Author of our faith and His Written Word {Hebrews 12:2}.
His Truth, found in His Word shields us in the battles of life, against the evil one’s attacks.
Our Protection is also in the Holy Spirit that fills us when we accept His Word as Truth.
“And now you Gentiles have also heard the truth, the Good News that God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as his own* by giving you the Holy Spirit,..”...{Ephesians 1:13 -14}. Children of God are shielded and protected because we take refuge in Him. This requires our faith.
“He is a shield..”{Prov 30:5b}
Shields cover. Soldiers in wartime used shields to protect their hearts and to defray arrows and evil darts. By faith, we soldiers of the Kingdom of God believe in Him and accept what The Word says…’The Word of God shields us…if we take refuge in Him’.

How do we take refuge in Him?
A refuge is a place. It is a safe place where you can hide. The Pure Word, as Truth, is the best refuge; the safest place is in Him and in His Word. We go to Him when we are in danger, when we are afraid and when we are in need, and know that we are safe.
It is a daily walk that continues throughout our lives. Thus we dwell, remain, and we meditate on His every Word daily and continually, as we grow in Him, whose Word is Truth.
