Strutting on Hollywood stages,
Clicking heels, swirling skirts, manly strides.
Heads held high. Hailed by the press.
Pride in zealous performances;
Until they fall!
We look up at them.
On dark nights they shine down at us
Millions of miles above the earth,
People can see them all over the world.
Even the sun is a star, glowing and shimmering against God's immeasurable sky.
Adding joy to our lives and to the earth.
Some like meteors will fall!
We bow down and worship Him.
He’s The Bright and Morning Star!
He’s now seated at God’s right hand
He never sleeps as He interceded for us.
He is worthy, so worthy of our worship...
We’ll live with Him one day in unending eternity!
He will never fall or fail us.
