Those are her secret thoughts and public experiences as she sits awaiting the imminent arrival of this newcomer.
Others wait too! A father, maybe a sister and a midwife in a room prepared for this.
So now you know; a pregnant woman waits in a delivery room.

Years of late-night study, of attending lectures, classes, and seminars, of reading books and writing essays.
Backed by dreams and dreamers of a better future as a qualified citizen.
The dreamers wait! Parents, friends and teachers quietly and openly praying for success.
Yes; college students anticipate degrees. Checking emails and waiting for news.

A farmer plants a small seed deep in good dirt. It would die without water - so come rain or use the hose; over time little stems with leaves will come.
Like that seed, go plant the Word into the empty hearts of lost souls who are heading for hell. They would die eternally without Christ.
Go, Christian! Feed this soil with prayer and with love. Speak, wait, watch and allow the Holy Spirit to bring forth life. Out of this earth; in these souls; there will be leaves of production seen by neighbours and fruit of the Holy Spirit as they minister to the Bride of Christ.
