Nine thousand years ago, a man was alone.
God put him to sleep and he woke to find he had a wife.
His name was First Adam and she was Eve the mother of all.
Snoozing in Eden led to rib removal by a Perfect Surgeon...
Production in Absentia!
The woman, his wife would produce eggs that merged with his seed.
She bore him sons that fathered all the nations of the world.
In a boat on a stormy lake;
A group of terrified men faced death by drowning,
while in the stern lying on a pillow,
slept the Maker of all Creation.
“Lord save us!” they cried “We are perishing” {Mark 4: 35-41}
“Be still!” He said and the sea obeyed Him.
They knew who the Master was.
For He ruled the winds and the seas.
In a garden called Gethsemane,
Disciples on watch fell slept and woke to a sight never seen before.{Matthew 26:38}
Last Adam, who is God’s Obedient Son was travailing in agony of soul,
On his face, he prayed and pleaded.
No snoozing for Him!
His agony was prophesied and expected but still overwhelming.
Tortured and betrayed, He hung on a cross as a sword pierced his side.
And thorns crowned his brow.
He suffered alone and gave birth to a Bride.
The Bride; His Church. Produced many sons
From every nation, tribe and tongue.
The inheritors of the Kingdom of God.
