It is time.
Its formless, lifeless space
I will command every word
And My words will carry out
Design
Methodically put in order
A jot and tittle stroke here,
Every word venture there
I will create universe
I will commence heaven and earth.
I will bring forth light from the deep
The darkness will fade for a time
I will move Day and Night
in time and space.
I will see to it
that all My handiwork
Behave
Render a role
Perform and serve
Within My Law,
World pulsating into existence
infinite paradigm from nothingness
My acts of love and grace
For I will dwell on earth with My Spirit.
The flowers appear on the earth
The time of singing of birds has come
Turtledoves are heard in the land
Voices of love and sacrifice.
My Garden rests and flourishes,
Rivers Pishon, Gihon, Hiddekel and Ephrates
In marvellous wonder
Of praises and glory.
Just as I create, all things will do as I plan.
I will fashion Adam’s wife, Eve
Mother of all children.
Suited for him
To love, honour, respect.
He and she will be of one accord
In agreement, in unity
Procreate life together
With every breath of life
I will help them
I will be with them
throughout the ends of the earth.
I knew
But My will and kindness rule the day
Men and women defile
Debase imagination
of the heart
Deeds unfolding in defiance
Motives of the debased mind
Perpetrate godless sons and daughters.
I will put up with humanity
A little while longer
To help them consider their ways
I will show compassion
I will fill my Throne of grace
With truth and mercy
I will save
I will redeem.
Until then,
My long-suffering will come to The Day
Like the thief in the night
I will come visit
With righteous judgment.
I will answer
I will hear who calls upon My Name
I stand upon the altar
of My Covenant,
In every heart who trusts Me.
Though they dig into hell
and surrender to despair,
defeat and death,
I will reach out to them.
My hand will take them.
Every arrogance and lofty mind
Exalt their faces and fists up to heaven,
I will descend them to meekness.
I will hear
I will act upon my redeeming grace.
The time is near.
Kings and kingdoms defy my Law
kings’ pursuit of power
amok deep in darkness
Bringing with them my creation
Fade into nothingness.
As Isaiah has written,
“For from of old men
have not heard,
nor perceived by the ear,
neither has the eye seen God..”.
I will remove your blindness
Make you see
Show you my Presence
I’m the LORD your God
I will show men of defiance
that you will understand
I will separate you swiftly
And I will work My mighty hand
To protect you
because you wait for Me
And trust My will.
To you, My faithful
I will answer your curiosity
I will reveal to You My Spirit
For My Spirit searches all things
I will seek out your deep acts of love
Worship and trust In Me
I will remember you
I will favor you
I will honor you.
Will you come?
