We all know exercise is good for our physical and mental health, but our spiritual being needs to be exercised too.
“And everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.” (1 Corin. 9:25 NASB)
“For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also the life to come.” (1 Timothy 4:8 NASB)
We must exercise our spiritual beings just as we do our physical beings. Disciplining ourselves toward godliness needs to be a daily work out. We don’t want to become stale so work it out my friends.
When we fix our hope on Jesus and maintain a healthy attitude then our spirit man will be alive and active.
We are to lead by example through speech, conduct, love, purity and faith.
We must work out and “press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 3:14 NASB)
“Keep working it. You got it! Another round and count down by 10. All right cool down and I will see you next week.”

I'm recollecting a Devo (I think) song from Mtv days, prior to getting saved. 'Work it Good.'
Yes, your entry encouraged the best way to truly 'work it good.'
