In different situations
See things one way, another, or a third
We share a common theme
And simple it would seem
That Jesus Christ is still the Living Word
And while we may debate
We truly do not hate
Those whom a different church they do attend
It’s vital to remember
That each and every member
Is a Brother or a Sister to the end
With Jesus as our Guide
We should stand side by side
And use our love to spread the News so Good
We have no need to fear
Our Lord is always near
And in His love and care we know we could
In Christ we stand together
Forever, breaking never
Within each other’s eyes the love is sighted
So ‘tho we disagree
On some things, we do see
We’re all members of the Kingdom and United…

I think the intent of this week's prompt was to write about the geographical United Kingdom, not the spiritual one.
But this is a VERY good poem!
