The greatest commandment is love. God demands agape love (unconditional).It is our duty to God to love. Loving others is no more about what they did or didn’t do. It’s about who we are now. Love can be expressed in various ways.

• A person, who corrects you, loves you.
• Love does not try to judge, criticize or change. Love makes one to focus on him/her and takes out the log out of his/her own eyes.
• Love gives first. Where there is no giving, love doesn’t last.
• Love is joyful, not easily provoked, makes positive confessions and chooses to see the best in everyone and everything.
• Love is patient, forgiving, kind and gentle with others and their imperfections knowing no one is perfect.
• Love does not try to get its way all the time. It is about being compassionate and giving others a chance.
• Love bears all things (because love is patient), believes all things (are possible), hopes all things, and endures all things (knowing trails don’t last).
• Love never fails.

It takes super human effort to love so we all need special grace from God to show love to others regardless of how they treat us and how we really want to respond.
