I am weak but GOD is strong. I used to think I was in control of my life. Lately, I have seen that GOD is in control of my life when I let Him be in control. It seems that GOD will not force His will in my life. I must choose to want what GOD wants.
2 Corinthians 12:9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
It seems that if I admit I am weak, that opens the door for GOD to enter my weakness and plant His power in my inner man, which makes me strong.
James 4:2 … You do not have because you do not ask.
Is my problem that I do not ask for what I need. Do I even know what I need? I need to know what I need, and I need to ask GOD to give me what I need.
“Father GOD, please show me what I need to please you and fulfill your plan for my life. In Jesus’ name, I ask. AMEN!”
I want people to see GOD’s strength in me. I want to be able to say, “It’s not my strength, but GOD’s strength in me.”
