What is wrong with you? I am NOT lost. I know where I am. Only stupid people get lost. I am not stupid!
I----I may have taken a wrong turn a couple of times but so what? I will find my way back. I don’t need help.
Especially from people like you. I am fed up with you trying to tell me that The Lord is coming back. Don’t you know people have been saying that for over two thousand years? Two thousand years!
I am not lost.
I never get lost.
I am too smart for that.
I AM NOT LOST!
Go on without me. I will find my own way back. I always do.
What are you doing? What is happening?
Why are you rising up into the air?
WHY ARE YOU GLOWING?
What are you looking at in the sky? Have you never seen the sky before?
Wait, who is that man riding that white horse UP IN THE SKY?
Why are my knees going shaky? I am not afraid of anything.
Why am I down on my knees before this man? I always said I would never bow to anyone.
Suddenly, I feel very, very lost.
Why do I feel as if I know this man?
Oh – now I remember Him. I belonged to Him once. But He wanted me to love people like you. So I ran away. I used to hear His voice calling to me. Many times. He called to others too. They went to Him but I chose not to. How I wish I could go back in time! I would not hide from Him a second time. I would run right up to Him and kneel.
But it is too late.
I am very, very lost.
