It's the enhancement of sound;
And I can write gripping stories
That will entertain and astound.
Hi-Fi brings Boots Randolph
Into your den with his sax...
Then violins will play softly
As you sleep or relax.
The thrill of a trumpet
Or a singer's brief sigh;
Or the wailing guitar.
Wow! I sure dig Hi-Fi!
When it comes to music
Whether gospel or blues,
The world will agree...
Hi-Fi makes good news!
I've told you once
And I'll tell you again;
Hi-Fi isn't it
It takes a Sci-Fi to win.
What about "Semper Fidelis"
In the form of a quiz?
You'd have a feather in your cap
If you'd print what it is.
"Semper Fi" is the motto
Of the U.S. Marines;
And it means "Always Faithful"
To their comrades in green.
Now, I've told you twice
And I'll tell you no more -
Not "Hi-Fi" or "Semper Fi"
It's either "Sci-Fi" or the door!
Sigh...
Something slithered up
From the ocean floor,
An unidentified Entity
Making tracks for the shore.
Then a bug eyed intruder
Came down from the sky
And stalked the dark shadows
'Till it learned how to fly.
What I've written here
I haven't a clue;
But I've frightened myself so...
It will have to do!

Everyone, except the bumblebee himself and God, knows that a bumblebee can't fly. "Scientifically impossible" the Scientists say...And yet, the great maestro, Sergie Rachmaninoff, orchestrated "The Flight of the Bumblebee" for the Opera, The Tale of Tsar Sellan. Do you suppose my creature could be the bumblebee that's learning to fly? Hmmm...? Could be?

I enjoy your quirky take on the topic, Friend, aka: "creative!" And, the bumble bee touch at the end is the perfect reminder that scientific knowledge has its limits for sure. Good thinking here ^3^
