So, let me ask you, “what did you do with it?” The man he was referring to, looked puzzled. “I don’t know”, he replied. A person dressed in bright colors then came and led him away. We all moved forward as he disappeared down a hallway of doors. So, let me ask you, “what did you do with it?” A frail lady kept her face down and said nothing. “What did you do with it?” the voice asked. Still, she said nothing. Though I tried, I couldn’t see who was speaking. Shortly, just as the man before her, a person in vibrant colors, escorted her down the hallway of doors. “Where were they taking these people?” I wondered. “Where are we?”
One by one, each person faced the voice and was asked the same question, “what did you do with it?” With the move of each person, I tried desperately to see who was speaking but my view was blocked. The line continued to move along, and my time was coming up soon. I knew I’d be asked the same thing since that had been the pattern. I was starting to become nervous, after all, what would I say? I didn’t understand what this person thought that I had, much less know what I had done with it! I looked over and watched as the next person was escorted away. This time, it appeared the walls surrounding the doors had turn to glass! I could see the people that had been led away! They were crying, some uncontrollably down on their knees, looking up at a huge screen. My curiosity was through the roof by now! I didn’t know whether to be scared or not! I realized I’d find out soon. There was only one man in front of me!
So, “what did you do with it?” My eyes scanned the room to see who was speaking. “Where are you?” I asked. “What did you do with it?” the voice asked again. “Do with what?” I replied. How could I answer when I didn’t know what it was? A third time the voice asked, “what did you do with it?” This time I, just liked the others, said “I don’t know.” Then I was led down the hallway of doors! When we came to a door made of pearls and jade, we stopped. I studied it and noticed my name on the top of the door, as if it had been planned that I’d be there.
The door slowly opened. I was ushered inside and motioned to stand in front of a screen. “Watch,” I was told. It was me! I was watching me; fast forwarding through childhood then to an adult. Out of nowhere I heard, “what did you do with it?” I continued to watch and saw myself writing. I had loved to write stories every since I had accepted Jesus as my savior. It showed me making crafts that I enjoyed as a hobby. It showed me learning to speak in front of people, something I’d always hated to do! It showed all my hurts and betrayals! I felt the pain in my core at that moment, as if it had just happened! It also showed living on the streets eating half eaten food just to survive! I felt the hunger! Then times a homeless person had asked for a dollar to get food and I turned him down; the times I knew of people deeply hurt, almost mortally wounded by someone they loved and trusted and I did nothing to give them hope or encouragement. I’d known loneliness and did crafting to occupy my mind. I had chances to give these out at nursing homes but never took the time.
“So, what did you do with the gift of encouragement and mercy I gave you? Now I had an answer. I held my head in shame and answered, “I did nothing Lord!” My hurts were not in vain! My writings and crafting weren’t for my entertainment. I was to help others, to be a blessing and let Jesus’ light shine threw me.
Let us take a serious look at the abilities God gave us and use them for his glory. Though this was a dream of mine, I don’t want my talents to have been wasted when I meet the Lord!

We cannot measure ourselves with others since we are the one given our special blessings. How have we used ours?
You have such important ideas to convey in this piece. But it might be easier for your reader to get the full understanding if you separate the speaking parts into paragraphs--something like this:
"So let me ask you, what did you do with it?” The man he was referring to looked puzzled.
“I don’t know," he replied.
There are also a few minor punctuation and grammar edits needed. But you obviously have been given the gift of story telling. You do it so well! I'll be excited to see more of your writing and how God is going use it for His glory. And I have no doubt if the Lord asks that question of you, when the time comes, you will have plenty to say.
