Topic: Desire (01/17/05)
In a realm high above in the heavens lived desire. Desire had seen many things through its existence and never ceased to be amazed at the difference within the hearts of those whose prayers and secret thoughts drifted upwards. Desire sometimes dwelt inside the humans and time in the high realm was limited.

Once in awhile there was a great struggle between desire and conscience. At certain times,desire and conscience would band together for the greater good of the Father by keeping on the right path.Then the road to real desire was more focused, clearer; truth was victorious. At that time, there would be a great shout in the heavens. Angels would rejoice.

“Did you hear? Yes, another one, Lord. His desire is to walk with you.”

Then desire would be lulled into sweet dreams by the praise for the Father through his son, Jesus Christ.

Psalm 27:4
One thing I have desired of the Lord, that I will seek, that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire of his temple.

Then desire would hear the small voices, the pleading of the little ones with the broken hearts.

“Why did my daddy have to get sick? Please don’t let him die.”

Their desires were different.They were not for themselves, but for someone who meant everything to them. The voices of the innocents hurt most. But, desire knew that the Lord always heard their cries and was ever present..he could heal hearts and perform miracles.

Matthew 18:4,5
Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the
kingdom of heaven.

“Whoever receives one little child like this in My name
receives me.

Very good, but just a little too short. I like your style of writing it captured my interest.
