My inner strength comes from God. However,although, I have been saved for a few years, its only recently I discovered my strength from within. At salvation, He comes to live inside of us, all that is the Son's becomes ours, and that includes inner strength. However, it took years for me to really KNOW who I was in Christ, I always had the power within me from GOD , however it took faith in that power for me to fully benefit from that inner strength, given to me by GOD at the point of salvation. We receive the power from above when we are saved, but if we have no idea the intensity of that strength, its like a lion walking around thinking she is as weak as a mouse.

Then a storm hits, and that storm can shipwreck you so badly, you can end up tossed completely left of where you starrted. However, when your faithful Savior, carries you right back in allignment of HIS will, where you belong, when HE grounds you and settles you, hope will rise, peace returns, joy is restored, and you realize, you never have to fear, because you serve a faithful GOD, that will never let you get out of HIS sight. At that very moment, you recognize you have all the inner strength you need to face what life throws your way. You recognize the inner strength given to you by GOD from witin. You look back on this recent trial in your life. You realize, that even when you had no idea when your breakthrough would come to pass, you knew it WOULD come to pass, and that gave you the strength and the hope to go on... You knew HE would never let go of your hand, and that gave you the inner strength to not let go of his. There were times where normally you would have fallen apart as your life broke into a million pieces before your eyes, however, somehow, suprisingly, you never lost your peace, never lost your joy, and wonder how you could be standing there in one piece, as your life changes before your very eyes. Its through this trial, that you really realize just how much your savior unconditionally loves you, and just how protective and how well HE cares for his very own. He's always carried you and took care of you, even in the more simpler easier of times. However, its those tough times, you really recognize the strength HE imparts on you, because you know it has to be god, because without HIM at a time like this, you would not be standing. Then when He pulls you through and you get the breakthrough, you were believing HIM for, you suddenly realize, that your Lord and Savior, is really who HE says HE is, HE really does not leave us or forsake us, He is truly a GOD who can be trusted to be with us through anything and everything, ever step of the way. Then, your inner strength, given to you by HIM, is recognized and all fear disappears, because you know that even when life takes you to places you never thought you'd go, GOD can be trusted to go with you, and bring you back where you belong. What a mighty GOD we serve, to help us recognize who we are in HIM, and why there is no reason to fear.
