SEASONS OF LIFE


In the creation of the world God had to place things at its appropriate position so as to avoid collision and confusion. So the bible talks of God separating things needed to be
Separated and putting things at its appropriate places. (GNS Genesis 1:5).


In the same way God in his wisdom knew that having one season was not good for the world so he created different seasons and incorporated into it different things each had to do, and one of the seasons created is the season of spring which am going to discuss.

First of all we need to know what season means and with the help of the dictionary, season means a period of the year marked by special events or activities in some field and spring as in season means, a season of growth. If season means a special event that takes place within a period in the year and spring is a season of growth then the spring season is the period in the year where there is abundance, refreshment and renewal.

The bible talks of times and seasons in Ecclesiastes so it is very necessary for us as Christians to know that the Christian journey comes with good times and bad time because just as there different seasons some with good conditions and others with bad conditions, in our walk with good he promises us good things but they come with time and seasons. God has designed our lives such that it comes with stages, which helps to keep us strengthened and made strong to move on and fulfill our destinies on earth.


The stages of life like the seasons of the world are not the same, every season comes with its advantages and disadvantages, it applies to our lives too, every stage in our life goes with different responsibilities which God expects us to be able to over come and move on, I guess you are being challenged not to give up but to hold on to make your life meaningful for God to be glorified.

The spring season signifies growth, freshness and newness. God intends for you to experience spring on your life which means he is wising that you tap into his growth, his newness, and his freshness in every aspect of your life Amen.

Its never too late remembers he is the creator of the season of spring, a season filled with growth and abundance; he can lift you up again and put a fresh start in your life.

How deep have you sunk that you think God’s hands cannot reach you and pull you out?

This sentence alone is a sparkling jewel, in a lovely devotional.

I liked the ending. I felt the beginning was a bit over-explanatory or wordy, but it wrapped up nicely.
