I love the fact that you ended this little testimony with the hope of joy.

My, My! This situation is really a sad one. As a freshman in college, my daughter, who had produced nothing but scholarly work during high school, presented me with a low grade in one of her classes. Naturally, I was disappointed, but when she said to me that she did not deliberately fail, I knew something was wrong--her heart was no longer functioning as once before. Perhaps you should talk to your father about what is going on with you since the accident--that is if you haven't already?
I know what it's like to be a disappointed parent. My son has ADD and it really wears on me at times with grades from school but it does not change the love I have for him. It will all work out and thank goodness you have God on your side--through Christ ALL things are possible including mending relationships.
