You see three years ago my husband of many years, suffered a stroke. The right side no longer works. He won’t try he enjoys just getting by.
He enjoys the attention he receives, when he limps to doors people jump to help him. They do not know he refuses to try, the looks I receive as I walk by.
The doctors say make him do it himself. Make him work make him try. But his mind is the age of fourteen, so I daily have a rebellious teen.
Wait on me help me please. No exercise except his thumb as he views TV from rising till the day is done. Work to me is fun.
What is your work? I hope a labor of love, not a duty abhorred as often as the daily sun becoming one with the sky line above.
Have you listened to those who consider their work a daily grind? They constantly complain and whine waiting to punch the clock for their off time.
What is your time but God’s from the beginning till the end. Be a reflection of Him. Do you show your servants spirit to everyone within.
Does the work force realize your part of the Three and One, Father, Spirit, Son or consider you just another person who only performs for the pay check stub.
Being able to work is a blessing not a curse, with joy are you ready to labor today. Show all you’re a Christian share the joy of the Righteous Son.
Yes today my days begun as I labor with the Three and One let me be an example of the Son share his message by my deeds to everyone.
Praise the stoplight, traffic jam, time clock and fellow man. Praise God you can walk, talk and move. May your job always be well done a shining reflection of the Son.
