There she was, crying out to the Lord once again. The passion and desire burning ever so strongly within her heart and spirit to serve her Lord and Master grew everyday. So much had been placed within her, that she had grown weary of waiting. The spiritual gifts, the refiners fire that she had been through. “When will this ministry that I see before me come to pass? “

“Your time will come.”, the Lord assured her.

Death. She hands everything over to Him, releases all her desires, plans, and dies to her calling. She hands everything over to the One that can bring resurrection power.

The call began from the womb. She found her place and her identity in the Kingdom, until then her life had been in turmoil. From there she submitted to her training in the spirit, and her flesh stripped time and time again of all her insecurities, failures, arrogance and pride. The list goes on, the pain of facing her sin fully exposed as she stood before the cross. She learned that she could no longer rely on her personal strengths. Her weaknesses exposed for her to see and to rely fully on her Master in every area of her life. Everything, handed over to her Lord.

She faced one death after another, until the time came when she was able to breathe and see the light of resurrection power and rise with a new authority placed within her as that mighty woman of God.

The years had passed, and the question surfaced repeatedly. “When Lord?” The foundational prayer for this ministry to be birthed grew. The Lord would remind her gently. “The call went out, and My word will not return void but will accomplish that for which it was sent.”

“Your ministry is at the door.” The Lord assured her.

She would hold onto these reassuring words.

The meeting arranged by God at the perfect place - a wedding ceremony; symbolic of the bride. The couple for whom she and her husband had been praying for was present. That night, they were inseparable, sharing their visions and dreams that the Lord had placed within them. The Lord was present and arranged for the two couples to meet. They knew within their spirits that this was a meeting arranged by God.

The door has been opened, it is time to walk out the calling that has been placed before you. “For know that the road the lies before you, I have walked and prepared the path. Take my hand and follow my leading, for your ministry is at the door and the door has been opened. It is time to walk the road that has been prepared before you”.

You have a beautiful way of describing the calling, and the patience required before the woman of faith can walk in it.

I thought the way you framed the words the Lord spoke to her was well done. I could almost hear Him speaking to me.

I especially liked your third paragraph where there is total surrender and submission to His plans.

The Lord works like that, planning way before we imagine it the preordained divine appointments in which He wants us to minister. Good job of sharing these concepts!
