Fathers are not just about fishing, ball games, boxing or camping.
They have an inner space filled with love, faith, hope and caring...
A place God created to lead his family gently, with a listening ear.
Times to gather round the warmth of his heart,
Being made in God's own likeness to hear.

Fathers were given strong knees for humbled prayer,
Lifting children up, and a comfortable space to rest.
Broad shoulders to provide, and carry...
For laying sleepy heads upon his chest.
Firm hands, that train up a child in right ways,
to follow the path that is the best.
God made fathers so that His children's lives,
Would be wonderfully blessed.

Fathers know, in that unique space within the heart,
That tough just ain't good enough.
They run that extra long mile of life's journey,
Though many times it seems to be so rough.
Daddies' learn to lean on everlasting arms,
Seeking the wisdom of our Almighty Father.
The true meaning of God's grace, forgiveness, and mercy,
He shall often times remember.

All the fathers that I know have this space,
Who have dedicated their lives through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Welcome to come to the Father,
Sitting down with Him in heavenly places,
And shall receive their great reward.
