TITLE: The Story of Jed the Hot Head | Previous Challenge Entry

I want to tell you a story about a man named Jed.
He was an out of control, ultra-mad, hot head.
It started in his youth when he couldn't get his way
And the other kids didn't like, his kind of play.
So he got in a state, all hot under the collar,
Shouting out abuse, as loud as he could holler.
When he was a teenager, tall, dark and lean,
His wild, red-hot temper became so cruel and mean.
School-mates shook and shuddered, and their blood ran cold.
Around Jed they always, did as they were told.
Even though hot headed, a young sweet heart he found.
She thought she had enough, love to go around.
Jed treated her so poorly, she was in living hell.
His anger raised against her, into despair she fell.
When children came along, to this unhappy pair,
They too were subjected, to Jed's wild, angry fare.
Bonnie tried all manner, of ways to fix the mess.
But Jed he wouldn't listen, he couldn't care less.
At last Bonnie found, the answer to her woes.
She found the life of Jesus, and her inner spirit rose.
Convinced that her saviour, could fix her sorry plight
She prayed a heart felt prayer, for God to put Jed right.
She bound the spirit of anger, that pervaded his whole life,
In the name of Jesus the Christ, who died to give us life.
Then the miracle happened, Jed fell right to the ground.
God cooled his anger, and the change was quite profound.
Jed knew something had happened, he felt the power surge,
As the Holy Spirit, Jed's demons He did purge.
Begging God for mercy, and sobbing out his heart,
Jed pledged his life to Jesus, and got a brand new start.
He asked for forgiveness, from Jesus the Messiah
And was filled with the Holy Spirit, and cleansed by His fire.
Now anger doesn't make him hot, God's fire he does enfold,
Hot to spread the Gospel, to hearts that are so cold.
