My days are full of homeschooling our teenage daughter, caring for my disabled spouse, finishing my doctorate, owning a business; as well as caring for a home, garden, pets and household chores. Staying healthy is not only a priority, it’s a necessity for survival. I too struggle daily with juggling healthy meals, exercise, scheduling life’s events, spending time with family and friends, along with keeping my sanity.
