Minoli Haththotuwa was born in Sri Lanka and lived much of her childhood and teenage years in West Africa. As a young adult she lived and studied in England, where she worked in the field of Banking and completed professional Chartered Banking examinations, as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has been in the ministry since 1996, when she left secular work and answered the call of God. She is a graduate of the Calvary Theological Seminary, Colombo. Her ministry has cut across many spheres,including teaching, preaching, evangelism, worship, the development of Biblical educational material, as well as womens' ministries and missionary outreach projects. Minoli loves to spend time in worship and has (with the Holy Spirit) written many songs of worship to the Lord. Her worship CDs and books are available on line from www.risingonwings.org. She is the founder/president of Rising On Wings Ministries Inc, a 501(c)3 public charity registered in the state of Virginia.
