Professional Experience: Much of my career has been in publishing, on the editorial side. Overall, my work history includes copyediting, proofreading, writing, tutoring, vision therapy, sales, and marketing. I've worked on books, journals, newsletters, newspapers, and promotional materials. ************************* Education: I possess a B.A. in English, having graduated cum laude, and have received a certificate in Advanced Biblical Counseling from the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation. ************************** Volunteer Activities: I have served as a lay counselor and a ministry leader for a teen writer's club and a quarterly church newsletter. I have also written a VBS curriculum and have written and co-directed a children's Christmas play. **************************** Personal: For 16 years, I've been blessed to be happily married to my best friend, a most loving, godly man, with whom God designed and destined me to share my life. *************************** More Important than All of the Above: I am a grateful daughter of the Most High God, who plucked me from the miry pit of damnation and set my feet upon the path of life.
