Janet [email protected] I have been writing sermons for myself and other ministers for over three years now. I have also been writing, editing, formatting and printing a local newspaper for the past year. This newspaper normally consists of 18 - 22 pages per issue. It started with a printing of 150 copies, I am currently printing 350 copies each issue. We also have a website that is currently getting 175 - 225 visits per month. Since this community has only 473 residents I would say that it appears to be a success. As for my art, I have been painting signs for eight years. I have also spent at least ten years painting portraits, landscapes and by request items. My Portrait Paper Dolls are quite popular. I am quite proud of my accomplishments but have found employers, that were otherwise interested, lost interest here. I could lie and few would be the wiser, but I am an honest person and will not have a lie between myself and my associates. It is one of the things I dislike about online applications there is never a way to explain why I clicked on High School Diploma or why I left it blank. I did not attend school as a child. I am, almost entirely self-taught. I was very ill as a child and was unable to attend public school. I was taught my alphabet (phonetically) by a nurse where I was hospitalized for over a year.
