I was born in Lakeland, Florida. My family moved to Rural South Jacksonville, Florida when I was three. I attended Landon Junior Senior high school. After high school I enlisted in the Army as a Medical Corpsman. I was very fortunate to have served during a time of peace. I first began writing poetry and later I wrote my first full length novel. I was raised in a Christian home and that atmosphere carried over into the books I write today. I took online courses from Florida Junior College in creative writing. My first novel “The Last Train Home” was published in September 2002. I have written two more. You can read my books to your children or from the pulpit of the largest church in the world without the fear of embarassment because of language or insenuations. I never use four letter expletives in any of my writing.
