For everyone who can sense the battle that goes on daily. The battle between good and bad. We must realize that in our flesh alone, we are no match for Satan and his lies. But through our savior Satan can only flee. I give God all the praise and glory. Everyday I still realize that I can't, He can and I'll win if I let him.
Lord I seek your gracious love
In all I do and say.
I beg for your endless wisdom,
for my anger has surfaced today.

I thirst for understanding.
I search for your shining light.
I try to suppress the feelings inside,
by myself I don't posess the might.

The devil is trying to pursue me,
I sense him at my heels.
He's so cunning and baffling,
always stalking before he steals.

Misery loves to have company.
He knows his resting place.
He'll experience eternity in the lake of fire,
craving consumption of the whole human race.

There's a war going on LORD,
the battlefield is in my mind.
It's spiritual, not a physical fight.
You're the ally I seek to find.

I pray for your strength and guidance, oh LORD.
I desire your wise advice.
You're the commander and chief, my GOD.
I want to serve you the rest of my life.
