This, to me, is what God wants from each one of us when He starts having a relationship with us.
The Conversation

Come on into Me My sons and daughters.
Fall into Me more and more every moment.
Each day may you see My face clearer each day.
Fall in love with Me all over again My child.

God where have you been for so long?
I have spent every moment looking for You.
Recently have I begun to see a speck of Your goodness.
God, I give You my entire heart and life.

Child, I’ve been here all along, it’s you that’s left Me.
I’ve only blinked and you headed back to Me.
I knew it would happen but it broke My heart.
Broke it to see you this torn apart.

It felt like forever for my heart to mend.
I never thought I’d feel freedom again.
Lord, thank You for the kindness You give me.
No one else has or ever will be so kind as You.

Child, now is the time to praise Me.
Bask in the warmth of My eternal embrace.
Worry no more fore you are Mine.
Shed no more tears, your hurt is over.
