A poem about our three-in-one God and their places in my life.
First, Second, and Third 4/10/08

The Father Who sits on High,
Jesus Christ at His right side,
And then within the Trinity,
Is the Holy Spirit, my Guide.

There are Three within One.
How more awesome can it be?
It makes the most powerful team
That man has ever seen.

We go to our Father in prayer,
Jesus intercedes for us,
And with His Holy Spirit,
We are filled with His own trust.

They are First, Second, and Third
For the rest of my whole life.
I want no other before them,
As long as I am alive.

To All of them I give thanks,
Praise and honor and glory.
They give me the confidence,
So I don't have to worry,

About my salvation and grace,
Or where I will go from here,
Because there's a place in heaven,
A place for me, so dear.
