“STAR”

Lying down in the field
Staring at the sky
Waiting for the stars
To come out from its place

As I wait for them
Thoughts of you came
Thinking back then
Remembering when

The day I saw you
I didn’t mind too
As the day gone through
I realized that I missed you so

Every night I looked up on the sky
Hoping to find your way
Waiting to see your face
Longing for your embrace

Although you’re far away
Distance cannot separate our way
Co’z in your arms is where I belong
With your presence I remain strong

You gave me strength to hold on
You gave me hope to carry on
You gave me reason to go on
You gave me faith to believe on

To where you are
I know you’re not that far
I want you to know that
You’re always be my star
