DREAM TEAM.
Walking peaceful in a meadow,
No pressure today we ride bare back.
The warm sun smiling a quiet hello,
We find most relaxing an easy nap.
Trotting through green canopy trail,
Posting easily along the way.
A quiet swishing of the bays tail.
A continues hoof beat under sun ray.
Canter up a steep incline hill,
Excitement to hold as we reach for summit.
We arrive at the top oh what a thrill.
With a happy tune can’t help but hum it.
Pounding hooves on sandy beaches,
Tumbling waves roll in to shore.
White shirt and black breaches,
I dream to ride a bay horse once more.
I have no horse no barn or stall,
But nothing can stop me as I dream.
For in my mind I keep it all,
Together bay and I are quite a team.
