Jesus called us to love others unconditionally, but do we? He did not call us to fix them, but to love them. Sometimes as Christians we are to busy trying to fix others instead of allowing God to be the physcian in their life that we fail to allow them to see Him in us, through unconditional love.
Being able to love a complete stranger for the person God has created them to be.

Being able to accept a person for whom they are not what we think they should be.

Being able to show compassion when they stumble and fall.

Being able to stand beside a person when everyone else has walked away.

Being able to see the potential they have in them, when all they see is their failures.

Being able to pray for them and with them.

Being able to be the shoulder they need when the rain is coming down.

Being able to forgive them when they hurt you.

Being able to look beyond the outer shell and see their heart of who they are, which a child of God is.

Being able to love a person in spite of your fear of rejection.

Being able to love them as much as Jesus loves you.

Being able to show them Jesus love through your actions and words.


Unconditional Love is explained best in Matthew 22: 37-40. Unconditional love that we display to others has the power to help heal hearts, dry tears, and show them Jesus through us. May you be blessed.
