TITLE: A Covenant With Dawn By Linda L Creech 10/29/06 |
|
Oh, how fleeing life beneath
morning skies,
as sparrows waken from
a frozen sleep and counting
brothers they begin to fly,
into the dawn,
a covenant to keep.
Fly high my spirit let my soul
wing free, I shall not fear
my death, I soar with Thee.
Beneath the sunlight we
shall fly away and waken
once again one fine Spring day.
