We all are sinners, sometimes the most sinful can worship God the most, as their prayers and apologies can be most sincere.
We, ungrateful sinners thank our Lord
Not because we must,
But because in our hearts we know
That He is fair and just.

Often even his presence we deny
In range of anothers ear,
But we, the pagan, of most believe,
Tho not so it may appear.

We ungrateful sinners thank our God
Unlike the pious, who often dont give a toss,
For we know it was for our souls,
He died upon that cross.
