He who gathers crops in summer is a wise son, but he who sleeps during harvest is a disgraceful son.(Proverbs 10:5)
In life there is a time for everything, and the wise person should be taking appropriate action. The natural cycle of planting, growing and harvesting is relentless, and doesn't wait on anyone. It is not for the growth cycle to wait on a person, but rather for the person to respond to the growth cycle. There is a time to harvest, but if you sleep during harvest you will not only be disgraced, you may go hungry. Likewise in life the prudent, diligent person will take timely action. There are many sorrowful persons who missed life opportunities because they were "sleeping during the harvest" of their lives. Stay alert, be diligent, be blessed.
