On that road to Damascus, many years ago

Saul had an encounter and his life remained not the same

He always thought he knew the Lord, how Him alone to worship and serve

Apostle Paul today we know is quite renowned

Because of an encounter that changed a set mind

Are you at a cross road as to what to believe, do or think

After having heard for ages down the generations

One person’s prejudiced and myopic views repeatedly sung in your ears

“This is how it is done in this family or by our people”

What prejudice has held you bound for generations?

What mind-set has been ingrained in your psyche since birth?

What lies have been fed into your fragile foundations as you grew

Molding and constructing a bridge to a network of thought patterns and belief system

Enslaving and binding you to distorted notions and opinions

The devil is the master of lies and ALL liars, a great strategist is he

He weaves a web so fine and strong to capture the ignorant and the proud

Forever bound, sealed until the judgment, never a chance the TRUTH to see nor hear

Are you focused towards a Kingdom without end or a world soon to end?

Let go of human strength and efforts to save, let Jesus play His role

After all, He is still washing out the dirt.
