Faith
Blessed
Angels appear bright and clear
In the night to shepherds dear
Friendly fields grassy ground
Shimmering light all around
Where joy and peace
Can now be found
And rest belongs
To the weary guest
Who searches no more
For a place to sleep
For holy love
Awakened
The humble and meek…
Strengthening us
That we need no bed-
Only to walk in the way
Of the Lord
To whom we
Are now
Wed.
