The colors are lovely. They are so distinctive and beautiful. Behold! It is as clear as a crystal.
All The words in the Bible gives life, it edifies, it gives us comfort, it admonishes us, it heals us of all our distress and pain, and it erases all our doubt...
In truth, the Bible is the word of God.

You need the magnifying power of the Holy Ghost to be able to behold all the wonderful things in the scriptures. The quality and design of the lens system of a microscope determines the magnifying power of the microscope. With the magnifying power of the microscope, you are able to see details of image formation, and the color of an image. The Holy Spirit does even more than this; He brings out each truth of God in Christ in all peace and joy. Every word of the scripture was authored by Him. Every word in it needs to be magnified before our eyes by Him. You need to be able to see the wonderful things of God that are in every sentence of the scripture. All the divine faith needs to be magnified to you, all the goodness of the Holy Spirit need to be magnified too. All the love, joy, strength, peace, harmony, and truth need to be magnified before your very eyes. It is so amazing how many of the bridal company finds the Bible contradicting itself. No! A thousand times no! This is not so. The Bible is in complete harmony but to see this, you will need the magnifying power of the Holy Ghost. How wonderful and perfect are all the books beginning from Genesis to Revelation arranged. How so perfect are the words in describing Jesus Christ in all the books, it is so amazing.

Holy Spirit, magnify the truth of God in our hearts. We need them.
You can now study the word with pure joy in your heart. The reason you find it difficult to daily study the words of the scripture is because you fail to use the magnifying power of the Holy Ghost. But your joy will be complete as you use the magnifying power. You will have great, great, faith that you wouldn't even fear the terror of death if you should soon meet it. The Holy Ghost will magnify it. Never again will you miss great revelation by the Spirit, the Holy Spirit will bring it right to your eyes, magnifying it till it becomes like a mammoth. And then you will love God the more. You will desire all of Him. You will hate to leave Him to take care of other duties. You will seek Him even in your very strong times, knowing too well that you can do it without Him if asked to. But no, you will seek Him. You will have greater love for the Lord and His work that you will thirst, each moment, for more of His word. His word will become like honey to your soul. You will then find it much easier to put Him first. You will not struggle to do so, but the joy of the Holy Ghost will give you the mighty strength to put Him first. He will come ahead of mother and daddy, brothers and sisters, he will come ahead of friends and all loved ones; He will be your very all. The Bible tells us plainly in Luke 14:26 that: If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. The Lord desires that we put Him first yet many are struggling to put Him first. The magnifying power of the Holy Spirit will enable you to do this.

Do you need the magnifying power of the Holy Spirit? You can have it if you desire it. The first step is to have the Holy Spirit living in you. Ask of the Lord of Him if you don't have Him. If you have Him, however, then you will need Him to take absolute control of your life. You don't need to rule Him, but He must rule you. The Holy Spirit is the greatness of God in us. He has the map of our journey to heaven. He will continually be telling you: go this way, not that way; this is the way Jesus went. He will guide you into all truth. Yield to Him today as He directs all your thoughts. Let Him guide your thoughts in the deep, deep, study of His word. Don't imagine things, let Him teach you. Believe Him to do it. Give Him to do it.
