O Steel Magnolias,lovely; white
To heaven raise your face.
The Father knows what's deep inside.
He'll keep you by his grace.

The storms will come and winds will blow
But you will only grow.
The Savior's hand protecting you
And you, His love will know.

He will sustain as you look up;
Look up to see Him smile,
He has seen your every need;
Been with you all the while.

He's made you strong with every test.
His word has brought you through.
What He promised is His word.
He's faithful and He's true.

Take courage, steel magnolias
As gentle as you seem
God had given strength to fight;
More than you can dream.

The battle is not yours alone.
It is already won.
At the cross He said it all
When He said, "It is done.".
