Life can sometimes take everything out of you! You can become overwhelmed and drained. 85% of the time the thing that has drained you and overwhelmed you are not even your problems. Have you ever been driving in a car and the gas light came on? This is an indication that you are low on what it is to get you to where you are going! To make matters worse you are only two miles from the gas station and something happens that you didn’t expect. The car stops and you are left to push it to the gas station. Have you ever felt like you were drained and had nothing left to give, to say, to encourage, to share and find yourself left with no strength. You find yourself also closer to where you are supposed to be but right before you got to where you were going, it seems like everything stopped. You felt as though your life was at a stand still. Through tears and pain you talk yourself into moving forward. It is as if the car is life and you are the driver having to get out and push with only 2 miles to go before you get gas! While you are pushing you have to remember where you came from and where you are going:

How to RUN on E (endurance)
