There are many ladies who can’t have babies
Yet choose to pursue that certain role
These individuals are very special ladies
Adopting children to fulfill a desire
That brings forth Motherhood, making them feel whole

There are also those women who have kids
Yet feel the need to further provide
To more than they have currently been blessed with
So other kids can experience a Mother’s love in their life

Those who choose to love and care
For the kids who have been left without it
Opening doors to the children who have been abandoned
Trying to ensure that these kids lives are fair
Are a true treasure and gift to this Earth
One that should not be taken for granted

We need to thank these women for their sacrifice
Treading through the responsibilities it brings
To try and be this figure that raises quality human beings
Truly a task that isn’t always clear and concise
Motherhood costs a great price
One that needs appreciation 24/7, not just a day in spring
